The Karczma Młyńska restaurant was built on the walls of the old Bydgoszcz granary, which was established in 1873 on the Mill Island in Bydgoszcz. When building our restaurant, we tried to return to good Polish traditions, creating a place for our guests where they could spend time in a pleasant atmosphere, enjoying the old Polish cuisine. Professional service and the original and unique decoration of our restaurant, imported from Germany, Austria and Italy, is a guarantee of your good mood.
Welcome to the heart of the city
Karczma Młyńska restaurant operates on two levels, each of which can accommodate 60 people at a time. The heart of our restaurant is a closed event room for 10 people. Our kitchen sometimes offers forgotten, but delicate and tasty Old Polish dishes. Good cuisine, friendly and fast service as well as intimate, home decor are the showcase of our restaurant. The natural location of our building encouraged us to build a summer garden by the Brda River, which can accommodate 80 people.
But in fact, to be able to experience this all, you must just visit our restaurant. And I encourage you to do so as the manager of this place. I believe that soon I will be able to meet you personally in Karczma Młyńska.

We cordially invite you to use our summer garden. It is a magical place, located near the Brda River in the vicinity of the beautiful Mill Island, where you can satisfy your palate and enjoy the view.

Situated on the cusp of mill Is. I feared that this restaurant maybe touristy..Unsure if it does mainly exist for tourists or not but the food was great. I ordered goose with potatoes and red cabbage DELICIOUS.. Very well cooked and hot. My husband has ribs, also delicious. Nicely decorated restaurant, friendly staff and good service.
