Bydgoszcz was my final stop on my trip throughout Poland, I was looking for a nice place to grab some dinner before my flight in the morning. I came across Karczma Mlynska and decided to give it a try. I really liked how the restaurant was set up, it had a nice polish styled theme. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as I walked in. I order chłodnik for an appetizer and ribs as my meal. The chłodnik was very good, but I must say I haven’t had ribs that good in a very long time! For dessert I recommend the jabłecznik, it was to die for. The appetizer, meal, and dessert all complimented each other so nicely. I was very happy I ate here and I’ll definitely be coming back if I’m in the area.
